Question about Dark Waves Gear

Hello there

I have a question about que Dark Waves Gear that You can get changing capsule pieces from complete the Bounty quest in each dungeon.

I got a piece of Gear but it has not attributes like Constitution or focus, only has an additional grey letter that says Recover 150 LP ...

How can I set those attributes ?
