Level 29 Spiritualist Build Advice for Kid Budokai

Hi everyone,

I’m currently playing a Level 29 Spiritualist and I’m looking for some guidance on my build and gear for Budokai/PvP.

Current Weapon: I’m using Frost Gloves +12. I’m currently trying to roll/get the Energy Critical Damage effect on them. Is this the best priority for a Spiritualist at this level, or should I be looking for something else?

Armor Questions: I’ve noticed many high-level players or successful builds using the Grand Blood Combat Armor. Where exactly does this armor drop? Is it a specific dungeon reward, a TMQ drop, or do I need to craft it?
