I can't reset my skills?

For the last two days whenever I talk to a class trainer to reset my skills it says "A system problem has occurred. Please Relog (#G)"

Is this a problem on my end or server side cause I've relogged a lot and it still doesn't work.

NPC Skill reset is limited to once a week.
Additional resets will require a Skill Reset Book, either found in the Token Shop or the Donation Shop.

There is also a free one from reaching level 30.
