Why haven't androids been included as a playable race when they've had more of an impact on the story than the Majin? In my humble opinion, of course.

Because Androids are humans with infinite energy. What other traits could they bring to the table other than unlimited EP? There's a reason why Majin were chosen originally, they'd be a never before seen race to the Dragon World, unlike Androids.
