Automatic item pickup

Any time I kill a monster, it auto picks up the gear and clothing. How can this be fixed? i have to keep dropping them out of my inv and it slows me down on killing mobs.

Started having this issue about mid-way through playing today

Started out where I had to pickup everything (preferable), and now everything's being auto snagged until I run out of storage space
