I was following the guide and got to the part where I talk to Shiela. After I turned i that quest I was able to go up to Korin's tower, but Korin did not have a quest for me. I have no way to proceed.
I figured it out. When I broke the item box the first time i didn't get the korins spell item cuz my inventory was full. I was able to go break it again and get the item. Consider this case closed.
