For the first time ever, equalised PvP has been added to Dragon Ball Online!

• No matter if you're Level 1 or Level 55, ALL your stats are equalised to match others of your same class.
• Each class has its own unique stat template.
• Senzu Bean is disabled.
• What affects your strength?
  • Your own passives
  • Your buffs
  • Your party members’ buffs
  • Your Ultimate Dragon Challenge (UDC) bonus set
• ALL technical stats — including cooldown reduction, anticrit, LP% regen on hit, bleeding reduction, and more — are fully equalised!
  
  
• A special version of the Tenkaichi Budokai map was created exclusivelyfor this mode!
  • Level range for Ranked Battle matchmaking extended to 35 levels.
    • Example: A Level 20 player can now match with a Level 55 player.
  • Mudosa Points from Ranked Battles multiplied by 5.5×!

Skill Damage Reduction – Budokai Tenkaichi

(Currently 30% for all classes)

• Added damage reduction to Ranked Battle (Non-Equalised Mode):
  • All classes except Shadow Knight, Dark Warrior, Karma Majin, Ultimate Majin → 35% Reduction
  • Shadow Knight, Dark Warrior, Karma Majin, Ultimate Majin → 40% Reduction

Damage Over Time Reduction – Budokai Tenkaichi
(Currently 15% for all classes)

• Added DoT reduction to Ranked Battle (Non-Equalised Mode):
  • All classes except Crane Hermit → 15% DoT Reduction
  • Crane Hermit → 25% DoT Reduction

UDC Set Balancing​

• Ultimate Majin: Damage bonus cap reduced from 50% → 40%
• Shadow Knight: Bold Strike bonus damage cap reduced from 50% → 40%

Damage Received Adjustments – Melee Classes (CCBD / BID / Time Rooms)​

• Fighter & Swordsman: Damage Received reduced by 22% (from 15%)
• Poko Druid & Grand Chef Majin: Damage Received reduced by 15% (from 8%)
• Ultimate Majin & Shadow Knight: Damage Received reduced by 25% (from 8%) – now viable as off-tanks

Other Dungeon Adjustments​

• Basic Attack Damage Reduction: 40% → 35% (Buff)
• CCBD Floor 95 & 100 Bosses:
  • Stats adjusted
  • DoT Immunities removed
• Removed DoT immunities from most bossesin the game
  • If you find any boss still immune to bleeding, please report it!

• Budokai Sunglasses added to Mudosa Clothes Shops

  • F66 Ticket → 6000 Tokens
  • F91 Ticket → 9000 Tokens
• Capsule Shop Changes:
  • F46 Ticket: Price reduced to 45 Caps
  • F51 Ticket: Price reduced to 55 Caps
  • F66 Ticket: Price reduced to 90 Caps
  • F91 Ticket changed to F96: Price set to 150 Caps
• Superior Popo Stone Party Summoner added to Token Shop (40T each)

Edit: Patch notes 20.5:

Adjusted Equalised PvP stats. The rotating hourly event Battle Royale is now equalised PvP, too.
New separate Equalised PvP stats only for Ranked Battle mode. Lower attack for all.
Kid Classes such as Martial Artist, Spiritualist, etc... stats greatly increased to make up for the level difference.

Please except further adjustments over time, as this new system will require a lot of polishing in order to achieve the perfect equalised PvP for all players!
Updated stats will be listed in #guide discord channel by the coming weekend.

Tripled the amount of Mudosa Points gained in Ranked Battles after a 1-2, 2-3 defeat.

Added F66 & F91 CCBD Tickets in Token Shop.
Adjusted Damage Reduction in Budokai back down by 10% for all. Damage over Time Reduction untouched.
- Previously 35% for all classes but Dark Warrior / Karma Majin / Ultimate Majin, now 25%.
- Previously 40% for Dark Warrior / Karma Majin, now 30%.
- Previoulsy 40% for Ultimate Majin, now 33%.

Disabled function that was removing buffs after a PvP Duel.
Added more item restrictions for Tournament of Power (RP Bottles, Popo Candies, new Autopot.)
Added buff cleanser on joining Tournament of Power.
Disabled Senzu Beans inside Equalised PvP Ranked Battles.

Fixed an issue with Tenkaichi Budokai non-finals
Fixed an issue with Damage Reduction systems & Equalised PvP Rank Battle not working as intended.
