- Reverted previous Ephemeral balance changes as we are jumping into a brand new level cap.
- Increased Guard Rate chance cap from 20% → 40%.
- Dende Priest and Poko Priest LP per CON increased slightly.
- Kami's Healing Technique (Dende Priest) duration and cooldown increased from 120 seconds → 300 seconds.
- RP Cooldown ability tripled.
- Dragon's Might (Dark Warrior) defense decrease slightly reduced.
- Crescendo (Ultimate Majin) cooldown increased from 35 seconds → 55 seconds.
- Defense Aroma (Grand Chef Majin) AoE range increased from 7m → 8m.
- Super Rhythmic Trance (Plasma Majin) RP Power bonus vastly improved.
- Curse Reflection (Plasma Majin) cooldown set to 150 seconds at all levels.
- Auto Attack Damage reduction changed from 60% → 40%. (Means higher damage)
- Genkidama, Hyper Explosive Demon Wave, Calamity Blaster upgrades now all cost 0 SP at all levels.
Kaio-Ken reworked!!
- Kaio-Ken will now improve characters' critical rate and damages based on skill level AND number of activations.
- LP drain has been greatly reduced, and EP drain has been removed.
- Each consecutive use of Kaio-Ken will now increase your critical rate by 3 + 10% of your FOC/DEX stats,
giving you the potential to reach incredibly high DPS at the cost of intense LP drain!
Poko Priest becomes Poko Druid!
- Specialised in close combat and summoning powerful dragons, they may also put out weaker heals than that of a Dende Priest.
- Coming with the rework, there has been quite a lot of adjustments, and the class will now be a melee range physical attacker
when equipped with their personal Poko Staff.

- Venture into the reworked and rebalanced content formerly known as DWC, and fight against legends of the past on your own!
- Obtain UNIQUE Class Effect Set accessories that will shake up the world of Ultimate Dragon Ball Online with limitless possibilities!!

- Gamma 1 & 2 Outfits are back!
- New exclusive Goku Daima Outfit
- Community-chosen Bulma Dragon Ball Outfit added.
- Disabled bonus LP during Dragon Ball Scramble Event.
- Reduced Watts cost of special Time Room scouter chips from 500 → 499 to allow usage of basic 1 cost chips.
- Added Popo Transponder in Token Shop for 1T to help players retrieve it when accidentally discarding it
. - Dragon Ball Scramble reward list updated with an improved level 55 gear set.
- New recipes for new cosmetics have been added to Stylist NPC Dango's Shop in Cell Ring.
- Fixed an issue causing LP potions to also recover EP.
- Fixed the attack speed bonus of all transformations, as it was NOT working correctly since retail.

The launch back in February has been an overwhelming experience in the best way possible. We've learned so much from your passion, your feedback, and your dedication. It's been a crazy journey of constant growth, both for the game and for me personally.
I want you to know that you're truly welcome here. Whether you're a returning player or just stepping into this world for the first time, this is a space where you can enjoy the game, connect with others, and be part of something that's never going to be matched.
Looking back, with the constant pressure and overwhelming attention, there were moments of overcorrection, and some might have felt discouraged thereafter. Some of the stricter procedures from earlier days simply don’t reflect where we are now—and haven’t for quite some time. Things have changed, and they’ve changed for the better.
Thank you for being here, for sticking with us, and for helping shape what Ultimate Dragon Ball Online is becoming. I’m excited for what’s ahead—and proud to be building it with all of you.
Speaking of what’s ahead, look forward to the next few weeks—a brand NEW TRANSFORMATION will become unlockable (something that used to be impossible for our 1.0 client), along with exciting and astonishing content, including the long-awaited Raid and an entirely new Time Room!
