Report a Fatal Error bug

I want to report a bug in the UD1 dungeon. Using my level 38 character, I was trying to pass UD1, but when a bull soldier with a flamethrower touched me, the game crashed completely. I did several tests to find out what was closing the game and I found the error. Just when the mob activates the flamethrower and touches me, the game crashes. I hope you can fix it, I look forward to your kind comments.

I have two internal hard drives, I install everything on the D, the C is full of design programs, I share the file you asked me for through this means.

The game doesn't run well outside of c:drive unfortunately :/
